Water damage restoration, day or night
Burst pipes, leaky sinks, flooding and sewage backups. We extract, open what's wet, dry it with equipment and stay on the job until it's measured dry.
Why a dry floor can still be a wet house
A burst supply line in a Sherman Oaks bathroom, a leaking sink trap in a Glendale kitchen, a washing machine hose that lets go while you're at work: the water you can see on the floor is the smaller part of the loss. It runs under baseboards, wicks up drywall, soaks the subfloor and settles inside cabinet toe-kicks, and none of that shows once the puddle is gone.
That's the reason water jobs go wrong when the cleanup stops at a mop and a fan. Wet drywall that stays wet grows mold, and wet subfloor swells and lifts flooring weeks later. Flooding and sewage backups are worse still, because the water carries contamination into every porous surface it touches.
We treat the visible water as the start of the assessment, not the end of it. Every room that shares a wall, a ceiling or a slab with the leak gets checked, because the damage we find in the second room is usually the damage the homeowner wasn't told about the first time.

Extraction, flood cuts and the week of drying
When you call (866) 731-0013 at any hour, the line is answered 24/7, and in most cases we're at your doorstep within the hour. Evelin T. wrote that the crew took care of her on Christmas Eve when her house flooded and no one else would. A flood doesn't wait for business hours and neither do we.
Standing water comes out first. Then the wet material gets opened up: a wall or ceiling that's saturated is cut out so it can dry from the inside, not just on the surface. Farrah M. described exactly this after a pipe break, a room where the wall and ceiling needed to come out, then the garage next, with heaters moved in to dry both areas.
Drying is a process you measure, not guess. Heaters, air movers and dehumidifiers run through the job, and the technicians come back to check temperatures and moisture until the structure is actually dry. Farrah M. put it this way: "Both of the men worked tirelessly through out the week to constantly check the temperatures to be sure of dryness." That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Danny's name comes up again and again in our reviews for the demo and dry-out stage. Bella N. said he "did a wonderful job on the demo and drying out the rooms quickly." Once the materials are dry and cleared, the open walls are ready for drywall repair and painting, so the same company that dried the room can close it back up.
Insurance claims, sewage cleanup and what comes after
Most water losses involve an insurance claim, and most homeowners have never filed one. We work with insurance claims as a normal part of the job. Bella N. said Brad "walked me through the entire insurance process" after her flooded bathroom, and Susan T. wrote that when a pipe burst in her bathroom the crew repaired the leak, dried up the water and worked with her insurance company. Whether a particular loss is covered depends on your policy, so read it or call your carrier early, and we'll document the work as it happens.
Not every water job is clean water. Emergency sewage cleanup is part of what we handle, with the contaminated area cleaned and treated before anything is rebuilt. Furniture and soft goods that took on water can also be treated: we offer specialized upholstery cleaning after water damage, which matters when a flood reaches the sofa you'd rather keep.
If any of the affected area stayed wet long enough to raise a mold question, a musty smell or staining after the leak, we can bring in mold inspection before anyone closes a wall, and handle mold remediation if testing calls for it. After that, residential restoration covers the rebuild. If you're not satisfied with our work, our guarantee is simple: we'll make it right.
